Carlton party nights

The Barceló Edinburgh Carlton Hotel party nights are perfect for enjoying fine food, great wine and good music. Start the night off in style with a sparkling drinks reception. Continue the night with a delicious meal in the Highland Suite. There will be a half bottle of wine with the meal ensuring no-one goes thirsty. Finish the night on the dance floor with a disco ’til late.

Duck and apricot terrine with red onion chutney and toasted brioche

Turkey paupiettes with cranberry, shallots, sage and a rich roast gravy
Herb crusted fillet of salmon with a Chardonnay bronze fennel sauce

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes 

Chocolate and mint cheesecake with cinnamon cream
Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
